Ryan brings controller experience dating to 2021, with hands-on work in full-cycle accounting, payroll, tax compliance and financial reporting for multi-entity businesses.
His background spans hospitality operations and financial leadership, including business tax filings, investor reporting, capital calls and profit distributions. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from the University of the West Indies, Mona.

Can you help if my books are behind?
Yes. Tell us which periods need attention, what software you use and whether a filing deadline is approaching. We’ll assess the records and agree on the cleanup scope before starting.
Which tax and business filings do you support?
Services include individual and business tax preparation, partnership returns (Form 1065), corporate returns (Forms 1120 and 1120-S), trust income tax returns, sales tax, business tax, and franchise and excise tax filings. We also help with business registration, formation paperwork and annual reports. The engagement will specify the entities, jurisdictions and filings covered.
Is Gayle Financial Services a CPA firm?
No. Ryan Gayle is a CPA candidate, not a licensed CPA. Gayle Financial Services offers bookkeeping, tax preparation and business support; it does not offer audit, review or other attestation services.
Can we work together remotely?
Yes, for suitable services. Tell us your location, business structure and needs so we can confirm the scope and applicable requirements.
How much will my engagement cost?
Fees depend on the services, transaction volume, record condition and complexity. You receive a defined scope and fee proposal before work begins.
What should I send with my first inquiry?
Your name, the service you need and any important deadlines are enough to start. Please do not send tax returns, Social Security numbers, bank details or client records through an initial website inquiry. We’ll agree on a suitable document exchange method separately.
